beading on a rainy day
Inspired by SFist's recent article about beading and by Deb's gorgeous creations, total beginner me is eyeing a Basic Stringing Techniques class at Beadissimo in the Mission this spring. Would anyone like to join me? My schedule is so nuts the next couple months that I'm thinking pretty far out, maybe Thursday evening April 5th, or Saturday morning April 14th. Let me know!

Why, thank you!
Of late, I've been more focused on making the beads, rather than stringing them. But I'm getting some nice color groups together and will hopefully have enough to create some pieces this summer. With this and that, I have yet to post pix of my favorite glass beads. David made me a really nice stand to display them on for photographing, so I have no excuses.
Have fun, by gum! Beading is a blast, and there is so much you can do!
